Training of Trainers in Agusan del Sur

The trainers of PGAS are truly great people. I witnessed how some of them stayed in their offices even after office hours just so they can finish their instructional designs. One example is Epen, one of the pregnant women in the training. The mountain of paperwork in the PHRMO did not allow her to draft her training design during office hours. BElen has to work on Sundays. It was a juggling tournament for all the fifteen trainers. And they won.

They produced a trainers guide for PGAS trainers, customer service training manual, business writing training manual, and understanding PGAS which intends to rally all PGAS employee to march towards the same direction, with the same heartbeat.

There are other stories which were not captured by these photographs. I was with them from November 5 to December 6, 2007. I wished I shot more pictures. When I was busy coaching, I forgot the outside world, including the camera in my bag. Feel free to leave your comments.Views in Butuan, Agusan, and Davao

There are places which got my attention during my stay in Mindanao. While in a bus going to either Butuan or Davao, I shot some pictures. It was said that pictures paint a thousand words…
