Sales & Marketing Executive

JOB PURPOSE:
1. Generate sales using proactive approach using telemarketing, direct mail,email marketing and personal presentations, etc.
2. Ensure that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality.
3. Maintain and update information on database accurately and consistently.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Managing Key Accounts.
2. Aggressively achieving the sales target.
3. Planning and managing direct marketing campaigns,
4. Making outbound telephone calls to target audiences including cold calling, list cleansing & literature follow ups, direct mail and email
5. Maintaining database, ensuring data quality
6. Handling of inbound enquiries from new and existing clients
7. Building relationships with new & existing clients
8. Attending training programs conducted by the company


QUALITIES NEEDED:

1. Sense of Humor…a lot of it!
2. Creative and fun loving!
3. Excellent personal presentation skills
4. Good telephone manner/customer service ability
5. Sales/Telemarketing experience preferred and essential
6. IT literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word
7. Good research and analytical skills
8. Confident and outgoing with a passion for sales and marketing.
9. Good team player with smart appearance
10.Diplomas, Degrees, Masters or PhDs in any field are welcomed but we are more interested in your people skills and common sense :)

Remuneration:
The salary for all the positions at the entry level is commensurate with industry standards and the experience and capabilities of the candidate. Very attractive sales incentive schemes are in place based on performance.

Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY
Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
2. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
3. Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
4. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
5. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
6. Sign for and distribute  packages.
7. Research, price, and purchase training supplies.
8. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
9. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
10. Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
11. Collect and maintain office inventory.
12. Support staff in public and corporate seminars when assigned.
13. Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide office orientation for new employees.
2. Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Secretarial course or equivalent experience
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of clerical experience.
